Bastion Home Pest ("we", "us") operates bastionhomepest.com, a free service that connects homeowners and renters with independent licensed local pest control operators. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
When you complete our assessment, we collect the information you provide: your first name, phone number, ZIP code, property details, and a description of your pest issue. We also automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you arrived from, and advertising identifiers (for example campaign parameters or click identifiers appended to our web address).
We use your information to connect you with independent local pest control operators and service networks that can help with your request, including sharing your submitted details with those providers so they can contact you. By submitting the assessment you consent to be contacted at the number you provide by us and by participating service providers, including by phone or text and including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We use advertising and analytics tools (such as the Meta pixel) to measure how our advertising performs. These tools may process technical identifiers and, in hashed form, contact details, to attribute form submissions to advertising campaigns. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings.
We share your request details with the independent service providers and service networks needed to fulfill your request, and with vendors that provide our hosting, call routing, and analytics infrastructure. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We retain lead and call records as needed for quality assurance, billing, and legal compliance. You may request access to or deletion of your information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing privacy@bastionhomepest.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
